Corstone completed construction of the Market Street Micro Housing project in January 2019. The 7-story building featured 104 micro apartments just steps away from the University of Washington Tacoma campus, Tacoma Center YMCA and a couple blocks from Tacoma's Link Convention Center light rail stop. Each unit is 255 SF and comes semi-furnished. The building features 1,400 SF of retail space on the ground floor, 50 bicycle racks, and laundry on each floor. 

Corstone worked closely with the Developer/Owner on pre-construction services, including preliminary budgeting and resolving project issues early on. Unique challenges for this project included limited clearance to neighboring properties and no parking. This building was one of the first multifamily projects in Tacoma where parking was not required.
