Projects

Corstone has completed two projects with Dollar Tree in Washington. Located in Renton and Sequim, the 10,000 SF Tenant Improvements were in existing retail space with operating Tenants on either side. Corstone was also hired by the Landlord to replace the Sequim store's roof due to rotten structural members. Each project adheres to a strict timeline for construction, requiring completion in roughly 6 weeks. Both projects were completed according to budget and schedule. Projects included coordination with on-site landlords and the Dollar Tree team.
