The 1822 Bickford project consists of a 14,000 SF concrete tilt warehouse / office building. Located in the Snohomish Business Park, the 70' x 200' building was completed under budget and according to schedule. The building consists of 8 bays that include a rear overhead door, storage space and single office (with restroom). Corstone returned shortly after completion to finish two Tenant Improvements for Clara Vista Coffee, a coffe roaster and distributer, and Klahaya Animal Hospital. The TI's included mechanical and electrical buildout, office space completion, and kitchen facilities.
