Corstone completed construction on the Penske Truck Leasing Facility in Everett, WA. The project included total site development of the 9 acre property and new construction of a facility with drive-thru service bays, wash bay, office, storage mezzanine, fuel pumps, and shade canopies. The site includes parking for 195 - 12'x30' trucks, 35 - 12'x60' trailers and 49 standard parking stalls.
