Corstone completed construction on the Lake Drive Apartments in Lake Stevens, WA just steps away from the lake. The 4-story project was designed with 48 one-bedroom apartment with 69 on-site parking spaces. Each unit features full kitchen, living room / dining area, bathroom, laundry, and large deck with views of Lake Stevens and the Cascade Mountains. Site work included grade that needed to be raised 8 feet and large on-site detention.
