Corstone is under construction on the Camden Apartment project in downtown Tacoma, WA for a local developer / owner. The 8-story building will include 174 units and underground parking garage, totaling 182,851 SF. Corstone worked closely with the owner on pre-construction, including preliminary budgeting and subcontractor selection.
