Canyon Park Retail Center
Bothell, WA
Corstone completed the construction of Canyon Park Retail Center in Bothell, WA. This project is one of several Corstone completed for one of the largest commercial developer in Snohomish County. The project consists of ground-up new construction of 11,500 square foot retail strip center. Located in a newly developed part of Canyon Creek, Corstone coordinated construction of the project in a very congested area. Tenants include Subway, Wendy’s, Aplebees, American Family Insurance and several independent restaurants.
