Corstone completed construction of the Northpointe Center Retail Complex in 2011. Located on an 18 acres site at the intersection of 164th and Alderwood Mall Parkway in Lynnwood, the retail complex began construction in Spring 2010. Corstone’s scope of work for the project included extensive site development and the ground-up new construction of seven retail buildings totaling over 41,000 SF of new commercial retail, restaurant and bank facility space. Tenants include Starbucks, Fred Meyer, Chase Bank, Five Guys’ Burgers, Mod Pizza, Indigo Restaurant, Providence Physician’s Group Clinic, Gentle Dental, Northpointe Animal Hospital and several more.

Corstone’s ability to phase the project while maintaining a strict budget enabled the developer to continue building through a tough economic downturn. This project represents one of several Corstone has completed with this developer, spanning over $12 Million of work on sites that cover over 30 acres.
