The Newberry Square Complex consists of over 8 acres of commercial property on Ash Way in Lynwood. Corstone worked for the developer to complete multiple commercial buildings on the complex. Working together over several years, Corstone provided ground-up construction for retail, office and educational facilities. Buildings ranges from 17,000 SF to 35,000 SF and required extensive site work to complete both aboveground and underground parking facilities. The project represents one of numerous that Corstone has completed for the developer, spanning multiple years and more than 100,000 SF of commercially developed property in the Lynnwood area.
