Corstone completed construction of the new ground-up restaurant for Shawn O'Donnell in 2007. Located on 128th Street in Everett, the project consisted of difficult site work and the construction of a 10,500 square foot 2-story restaurant facility. The restaurant, which occupies the top floor of the building, features unique finishes that include a hanging glassware and bottle storage over the bar, distressed tabletops, etc. The lower floor provides banquet facilities and possible retail space for lease. Corstone’s ability to assist the owner through SBA financing and the development of this project was key to its successful completion.
