Corstone completed a fire rebuild at Bayshore Court Apartment Complex in Chelan, WA for Mercy Housing, a non-profit organization that provides housing for low-income and special needs citizens. The fire that damaged the 24-unit facility claimed the majority of the structure.

Corstone completed demolition and rebuild of the structure, managing key subcontractors for major phases of the work. Corstone's team assisted the owner through the restoration process, working closely with the insurance adjusters, engineers and the owner. The project included a large amount of code upgrades required for the federally-funded complex to meet compliance with ADA requirements. Corstone provided significant assistance to the Owner to ensure that the facility would pass the federal inspection, a requirement for Bayshore Court to continuing to receive HUD funding.
