Corstone completed the Architectual Werks Office and Juanita Bay Veterinary Hospital project in Kirkland, WA. the 2-story ground-up building totaled 5,913 SF and includes a fully operational animal hospital on the ground floor and an architectual office on the second floor. The veterinary facility includes exams rooms, manager offices, reception area, and treatment areas. Corstone completed construction of the building adjacent to the existing hospital, then moved the hospital into the new building and demolished it to make room for the parking lot. Doing so allow the business to remain fully operational during the project.
