Corstone has completed multiple projects for Hop Jack's Restaurant group in both Oregon and Washington states. The growing regional restaurant chain, owned by Rock Solid Restaurants, LLC specializes in cold drinks served in a neighborhood gathering place. Unique elements in the construction of the 4,000 SF restaurants includes installation of refrigerated tap lines to keep beer at 34 degrees and customer interior decor packages. Also included are full kitchens, custom bar tops, seating areas and restrooms. Corstone completed all projects on time and according to budget.
