Corstone completed the project for Olympia Pet Emergency in 2017. Located in Lacey, Washington, the project consisted of a Tenant Improvement to the existing 5,281 SF building that was formerly used as a restaurant. Corstone demolished all interior walls along with minor exterior adjustments. The state-of-the-art facility now serves as a 24-hour emergency clinic with a full surgical suite, five exam rooms, treatment area and an emergency generator. Corstone provided pre-construction services, working closely with the Architect and Owner to ensure successful completion. We delivered the project in accordance with the budget and schedule.
